Appointment & charges

All prospective patients must complete the questionnaire. It is very important that you fill out the questionnaire in order to benefit from your visit with Dr. Lynn Lim. If you find the questionnaire too long, please re-think that this is for your health’s betterment and is going to be extremely helpful for Dr. Lim to understand and diagnose your problem.

The first appointment will last about an hour and the charge will be $1200 for fertility cases. Dr. Lim will take all your health history & ask questions about your diet & habits and provide you with a treatment plan. Dr. Lim recommends that both husband and wife are present at the first visit.

You are advised to bring in all the related blood test results such as semen analysis and hormonal workups.

Practice Philosophy

If you want to claim insurance for your visits, please check with your insurance company by yourself before coming in for an appointment. We are unable to check on your behalf as we are a third-party.

We expect you to be on time for appointments especially the first one. One late patient throws out the entire day and reduces the quality of care.

If you are expecting a "quick fix" with a few vitamins on the first visit, then we are not the clinic for you. We try to find out why things happen. We explain the why to you. This takes time. You should be willing to make changes to your eating habits and lifestyle.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 8 business hours notice if you want to cancel your scheduled appointment without incurring any charges.

As each appointment is a personal session, it is our policy to charge a 50% fee for a late cancellation or missed appointment as this time could have been allocated to someone else. In the case of a late cancellation, if we are able to fill the slot, then you will not be charged.
